This article gave teachers advice on managing technology friendly activities to implement in the classroom. One of the rules was to "do your homework." This means to prepare absolutely everything for the following day of class, think about what could go wrong, then try to resolve those problems from happening. Another rule was to make learning goals that the children will understand. When students have a goal in mind they are more likely to aim toward that goal and learn from it. Another point made was that teachers allow students to step away from the computer. Computers can be great tools for learning but it is also important that students learn in different ways too. Sitting at the computer all day can also hinder them from learning more.
